Silvia Austerlic
Silvia is an Argentine-American intercultural facilitator and community educator. Former Graphic Designer and Art Teacher defined as her purpose to support local and global communities as a context for giving voice to new actors through processes of both, personal growth and social change. She worked for Hospice of Santa Cruz County, from 2005 to 2015, as a Latino community liaison and Bereavement Coordinator, providing hospice and grief support direct services to Spanish-speaking children, youth and adults.
Silvia has provided cultural competence in-service programs and presentations locally and nationally. In recognition for her cultural work, she received the 2014 Community Hero Award from the Community Assessment Project in Santa Cruz County.
Bernice Moore
Bernice is a facilitator and educator with over 20 years experience in transformation and healing through collective inquiry and mindful communications. Dr. Bernice is an experienced higher education teacher and researcher, executive and team coach, with an emphasis on creating healthy relationships that draw upon our differences to foster inner and collective wisdom, wholeness, and integrity. Fluent in Spanish and English, she has worked in Mexico, China, and the US, and has coached executives and teams from Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
A highly experienced Mindfulness practitioner, Bernice has a breadth and depth of practice that spans decades, bringing an authenticity that serves clients by helping them to grow and develop individually and collectively.
Lorenia Parada Ampudia
Lorenia is a leader in the field of mindfulness and leadership training. Based in San Francisco Bay Area, she supports clients and organizations in the USA and Mexico through a self-leadership training that integrates transformative learning, mindfulness, healthy relationships, emotional intelligence and body consciousness.
A psychologist with and MA in Development Studies, hold a professorship for more than 30 years at the UNAM (National University) in Mexico. Lorenia currently shares her experience as mindfulness teacher, life coach, mentor, mediator, consultant, and facilitator offering a variety of programs both in Spanish and English.
